The Guelph Depot

Come visit our historic 1887 train depot-this beautiful building has undergone a full-force renovation for guests to create memories to last a life time. The Depot is two stories w/ 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the second story. The spacious dining room, kitchen and living room are open concept to enjoy easy entertaining & conversation, whether it be a bridal shower or hunting crew! A great place for large groups, with access to heated dog kennels and wild game cleaning shed.

Cozy & Clean Lower Level Suite

Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Downtown getaway, new! 2nd floor, no elevator.

This colorful, hotel room-like apartment is all brand new. Located on the second floor of a historic downtown building, you will be close to restaurants, businesses and anything in town. Our tiny yet fully appointed kitchen has everything to prepare meals or simply warm them up. Custom-built furniture and lots of color make this one of the more unique rentals in the area. If we wouldn’t use it, we don’t include it. Stay for a night or a week. We’re confident you’ll find everything you need.

Hunters Welcome! On your adventure to the peaceful town of Leola, S. Dak. ~ I invite you to experience Nomad Lodge. It is located 39 miles NW of Aberdeen, SD. Feel right at home with a full kitchen, dining room with a farmhouse style table and living area. Large and small groups alike have plenty of room with 2 private bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen). 2 additional twin beds are available upon request for an additional fee. Dogs are allowed, but in the garage area only, not inside the lodge.

Melrose Central is a ranch style, 4 bedroom home near landmarks in our community. The main floor has a kitchen w/ new appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms w/ King beds, a full bathroom, a half bath as well as a 1 stall, heated, attached garage. Downstairs you will find an area for laundry, 2 bedrooms, a shower room & a common area. We are close to Central HS, NSU, Walmart, Target & the main business strip. Just a few minutes away from many restaurants. Pets allowed only in the garage.
