This beautiful apartment is located in a building of only 3 apartments in first line of the beach Cala Montgo in L'Escala. It is in the ground and first floor. In the ground floor, there are the kitchen, totality equipped, open to the living room for a total to 57m2. There are too 2 bedrooms with 2 bathroom with shower. The living room and the 2 bedrooms have a view to the terrace, the swimming pool and the beach. In the first floor, there are 3 bathrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 singles beds) and 1 bathroom with bath. The apartment has 170 m2 and a beautiful view of the sea and his private swimming pool. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. There is Wi-fi and air conditioning.
