My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Weiter hat diese Wohnung ein eigenes Duschbad, Wlan, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein überdachter Carport am Haus kann vor Ort zugebucht werden.

Cosy, well situated and clean apartment

Hi guys, my cosy, well situated & clean apartment is close to the hot spots Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg & Neukölln and situated directly at the Treptower Park, for recreational reasons. Supermarkets and public transport are within walking distance, the neighborhood is quiet and clean and on my balcony you can enjoy your sun downer, chill or even fire up the grill. I am working as a freelance producer, therefore on the road a lot but always happy, to come back home to my "little retreat".

They will take you to Neukoelln, Kreuzberg, Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg in just 15m. 15m walk to Friedrichshain. 5m walk to Rummelsburger Bucht (sea). Bakery and restaurants nearby. ————— The apartement is equipped with all the basics: Towels, bed linen, hairdryer, kitchenette (microwave, kettle, french press, dishes).

Das kleine Studio liegt im gartenseitigen Souterrain eines schönen Holz-Hybridbaus, zentral in Berlin-Friedrichshain, zwischen der U5 Samariterstraße und den S-Bahnstationen Frankfurter Allee und Ostkreuz, nahe Boxhagener Platz. Das Zimmer zeigt nach Süden zu einer ruhigen kleinen Terrasse unterm Feigenbaum, im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter mit Fussbodenheizung. Es hat ein eigenes Duschbad und Eingang, keine Küche, aber eine Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Backofen.

Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütliches Ferien-Appartement mit separatem Eingang im eigenen Haus. Direkt neben den "Gärten der Welt" haben wir viel Grün um uns herum, freies Parken und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5) und kann prima die Sehenswürdigkeiten Berlins erkunden. Wir freuen uns auf Besucher aus aller Welt und werden unseren Gästen den Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten. Bei Wünschen nach längerem Aufenthalt einfach fragen.

Die Wohnung im DG 4. OG liegt ca. 300m vom Boxhagener Platz und U5 S-Samariter entfernt in einer ruhigen Strasse. Cafès, Restaurants, Kneipen, eine riesige Auswahl an Einkaufläden, Shops sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist offen gestaltet mit separaten Schlafzimmern. Es gibt zwei Terrassen, eine mit Süd Ost und eine mit Nord West Ausrichtung. Sie ist voll möbliert, kein Mitbewohner, inkl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

It has a spacious open living room and kitchen in a peaceful residential area, yet it's just a short stroll from Berlin-Friedrichshain's trendy neighborhoods, known for their sought-after bars, restaurants, cafes, and clubs. The two bedrooms, overlooking a quiet backyard, guarantee a good night's sleep.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin.
