„Haus in Spay” je istorijska kuća sa drvenom konstrukcijom, izgrađena oko 1545. godine u selu Zel-Merl na rijeci Mozel. Nalazi se u blizini rijeke u podnožju osunčane južne padine na rijeci Mozel, poznatoj vinskoj regiji s jedinstvenim uzgojem rizlinga i mediteranskom kulturom. Monumentalni ansambl sa glavnom kućom, kućom za odmor i strmim vrtom opsežno je restauriran tokom skoro 10 godina izgradnje i uglavnom u kući prema ekološkim i tradicionalnim kriterijumima. 
Uključujući sopstvenu saunu i spoljni prostor.
