The house is 60 square meters (m²) with a mezzanine 20 m². There is a yard outside, where a beautiful path will lead you to the herbal garden and a great view of the mountains, where you can spend a lot of time smelling different types of herbs. The lemon tree in the center of the garden will welcome you.

Sunny room is a suite for two people, well equipped, with immediate access to pool through it's terrace. Distance to the beach, about four minutes on foot. All of our rooms have big balconies - terraces and are equipped with all the necessary stuff, included a kitchenette and a wardrobe, tv monitor, nice double bed, nice rain shower , free internet access.
