Only an hour from downtown Burlington, and 40 minutes from Sugarbush, this post & beam tiny house sits on a x-country ski/snow shoe trail, where it crosses French Settlement Rd. in the mountain town of Lincoln. Built in 2021 for guests, friends & family, this cozy cottage has all the amenities one appreciates, when living in the deep north country. After a day of outdoor recreation or local touring, kindle a wood fire in the wood stove, settle in with a good book or chill with a bottle of wine.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire constructed yurt is yours to enjoy privately. Nestled on an organic farm, it sits a bit above Bristol offering sweeping views of the valley and the beautiful Adirondack mountains. There are many farm animals on the property and farm tours are available upon request. PLEASE NOTE: The queen bed is only accessible by a ladder. The property is located up a steep driveway. During the winter months all wheel drive vehicles are required.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Great for getting away from the mad rush of life. This home has one bedroom, a full-size sofa bed, and a loft with a full-size bed. A queen size Inflatable mattress is available. It is a very short drive to hiking trails in the Breadloaf Wilderness and the New Haven River is within hiking distance. 30 mins to Middlebury Snow Bowl or Mad River Glen. 40 mins to Sugarbush. 1 hr 20 mins to Killington. The loft is not suitable for young children.

This Is Our Farmhouse

Welcome to our Farmhouse! A 2.6 acre property one mile from Bristol Village shopping & restaurants, 20 minutes to Middlebury, 35 minutes to Burlington & Sugarbush. You are staying in the main house. The home is three stories, four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, three living room spaces, two sofa beds and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. We live on on the property with an outdoor cat & German Shepherd Jax. We are pet friendly with fee. * Steep stairs from 1st to 2nd floor.

Downstairs has two bedrooms, full bath, and laundry. 20 minutes from Mad River Glen Ski Resort and 25-30 minutes from Mt. Ellen & Sugarbush Resort. 30 minutes from Middlebury. AWD or 4WD highly recommended.

Or, you could stay in to read, work, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains. A very private garden patio for morning coffee/ afternoon beer or wine or awaits you.
