This new apartment unit was just completed in 2024. Located only 5 minutes outside of Houlton in a quiet country setting. The unit is handicap accessible with no steps at the front or back doors, wide hallways, and 3' doorways in every room. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

Timoney Lake Cottage

The cottage was built in 2017 with full Amish construction. It is located on Timoney Lake in Oakfield, ME, in the heart of Amish country. The cottage comes with a 16 foot dock with a canoe and two kayaks. Swimming is available, but silty bottom directly in front of cottage. We recommend swimming off a boat in deeper water. This cottage provides great fishing, hunting, four wheeling, and hiking. Enjoy the outdoors with all of the amenities of home! We are 100% pet friendly!

Remote Off Grid Cabin on River Westside

Retreat in the woods. Remote and fully equipped solar powered cabin in the woods with 1 mile river frontage on E Branch Mattawamkeag on 700 acres. Full kitchen and fresh linens, Indoor shower and b/r. Starlink Wifi. Regroup, unplug and voyage. Hike along the river or the woods. Fire pit. Barbecue. 2 twin beds and rockers overlooking the river. Bring food as nearest store is 30 minutes away. Horse back riding available. Great place to unplug and reconnect with nature

We are nestled in the hillside, surrounded by forest & wildlife. Pet friendly during the months of May-October. Great news, the snowmobile and ATV trails are located just 2 minutes from the cottage! When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!

The Wiley Moose Cabin

Welcome to our cozy cabin out in the woods in Littleton, Maine, just off of US 1, ten minutes north of the town of Houlton. The Southern Bangor and Aroostook ATV trail borders our property. So if that's your reason to come to the area, you can pull right in from the trail! We're also a great option for those coming to visit family and friends in the area, we all know how hard it can be to find a place when you need lodging. Please see our pet policy below.

This cabin provides 2 private rooms each with queen beds, a loft that has a queen and a full beds. The ATV trail runs through the property and a short distance to ITS trails. Sit on the deck and relax and watch nature come to you.
