Stunning Studio - Saffron Walden

Stylish self-contained studio annexe in a quiet close located within a 10 minute walk to Saffron Walden town centre and Audley End House with its beautiful grounds and picnic concerts. Saffron Walden is a lively market town with a number of unique independent shops, restaurants and cafes and a wonderful market as well as regular concerts and a local cinema. By car, Stansted airport is 23 minutes, Cambridge city centre is 25 minutes and the Science parks are 20 minutes away from the studio.

Studio in the heart of a popular Cambridgeshire village. Perfect stay for commuter working at Babraham Institute or Granta Park. The studio has all the amenities that you would need for a quick business trip such as super fast WiFi, desk, (printer just ask) & smart t.v. Towels and bed linen also provided. The studio has a small kitchen with microwave-oven or options to eat out in our local curry house or lovely village pubs! The local Chinese and Indian do a prompt takeaway service!

The Garden Annexe

Set in the historic village of Babraham, The Garden Annex is a tranquil, self-contained and spatious double room with TV, WiFi, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and new, uniquely designed en-suite shower room complete with Japanese-style bidet toilet. It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

Cosy terraced cottage

Pettits Cottage has recently undergone extensive renovation and is now a delightful cosy one bedroom property. It has great character with original features and beams. The kitchen is modern and there is an open plan sitting / dining area. Outside there is a small enclosed courtyard perfect for that morning coffee. The cottage is well located in the heart of the village with a pub within 30 meters! Linton offers various amenities including a coffee shop, bakery and a Co-op.
