Spavaća soba je odvojena sa zasebnom tuš kabinom. Parking van puta je dostupan neposredno ispred stana. Na raspolaganju je baštenski prostor sa sedištima. Stan se nalazi na mirnoj seoskoj lokaciji na ivici malog zaseoka sa jednostavnim pristupom glavnim putevima. U blizini zanimljivih mjesta koja treba posjetiti su Belton House.

Savršeno mesto za boravak, ova nedavno renovirana dvosobna viktorijanska terasasta kuća nalazi se u divnom okruženju na obali reke Witham sa zadivljujućim pogledom na Boston Stump. Gosti imaju koristi od toga da budu na odličnoj lokaciji, a u roku od 5 minuta hoda nalazite se u centru Bostona, gde ćete naći istorijske zgrade, odlične prodavnice, pabove i restorane. Železnička stanica u Bostonu i veliki supermarket ASDA udaljeni su 10 minuta hoda. Ovaj dom od kuće ima i svoje privatno parkirno mesto.
