Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. A 2 block walk transports you to the downtown square for shopping, dining, and the beautiful Llano river! Follow us @staylucetx for farm+design inspo! Farmhouse @ Tres Molinos

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. TM is horse friendly w/stalls & arena, contact us for more information.

Floating Rock Cabin Private 5 acres, near River

Get away from the city and come wind down on our 5 acre property just a 3 minute drive to the clear cool waters of the Llano River. The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat.

Or, just hide away and enjoy a quite weekend. Wander through the charming neighborhood to the top of Mt. Wesley and catch a breathtaking sunset.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck.
