The road and path leading to the house are paved and in perfect condition. The city of Palma is just a 20-minute drive away, and the vast, unspoiled, and idyllic Es Trenc beach is only 15 minutes away, offering stunning views of the Cabrera Archipelago Nature Reserve. Enjoy a The Sub or classic beer tap with a wide selection of brands. There's a fantastic built-in outdoor barbecue, a chill-out area, and a picnic area with a relaxation zone at the rear of the property. Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities. For guests' use, and completely free of charge, the house always provides all kinds of cleaning products: hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, and kitchen roll. "Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.
