The one-bedroom unit is located on the ground floor, offering mountain views. Wi-Fi, DirecTV, and Blu-ray are available. There is plenty of uncovered parking. Building is older and is not cosmetically perfect but this is a great area! **Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.**
