Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

Previous guests have loved this quiet, treelined residential area. 20 mins from airport, 10 mins to city centre by tram. 10 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Free parking in my driveway. Very regular buses and trams until midnight. Airport bus runs throughout the night at a stop 5 mins walk from my house. Local restaurants & bars within 10 min walk or a myriad or restaurants 10 mins by tram.
