Designed and built by the original owners in 1977, this beautiful, remote, rustic home is located at the South end of Lopez Island atop a 170 foot bluff overlooking the serene Hunter Bay. Boasting all day sun and 270° views of the San Juan Islands, this recently updated cliffside cabin accommodates up to 6 people. No beach access from property. Lopez Island offers beautiful public beaches. Weddings and events, on property, is strictly prohibited. No animals of any kind allowed. No exceptions.

Get away to the quiet island

I built this house as a place for my family to escape to. Open floor plan lots of room on the porch. Fantastic sunset view over water. There is room for many, though during the phase 3 of CoViD-19, San Juan County only allows me to groups of 6 or less. Rental includes access to the 8.3 acres. There is a flat lawn suitable for croquet, and yard games. Most of the place is wooded with paths. Some paths lead to ne of the best swimming ponds on the island.

Located in a sunny field with lawn in front and views of the forest. Conveniently located near lots of public beaches at the quiet south end of Lopez Island. This is a family home available only occasionally but well stocked because it is frequently lived in. An excellent home base for biking, hiking and relaxing. Permitted with SJC: PPROVO-18-OO28
