The house contains three apartments with stunning views over the sea and Lopud bay. All apartments have a private, furnished balcony. One gets the feeling to "hover" over the sea when sitting here, the view across the entire bay is fantastic! Outside the house there are also several patios which may be used. The house is only 100 meters from a lovely beach. Here you can enjoy in quiet and relaxing surroundings although you are only few minutes walking distance from the center of the island.

Apartment Nika occupies first floor of a family house,consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with washing maschine,kitchen and living area from which you can enjoy in beautiful view and perfect sunset. Entrance to the apartment is over the small terrace which has table and chairs on it, so you can enjoy your morning coffee or have a breakfast. In front of the house there is direct access to the sea. There's no vehicle traffic on the island, therefore it's perfect for families with children.
