Der Mar Menor Strand ist nur 250m entfernt, auch ein Kitespot ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ein beliebtes Restaurant direkt am Strand eignet sich für das Frühstück & Abendessen. Das Mittelmeer ist 15min entfernt (mit dem Auto). Die Metrostation ist direkt vor der Tür, die Fahrt dauert ca 25 Minuten direkt ins Zentrum von Cartagena.

Op 100m afstand is de dijk en strand met zicht op de haven van Los Nietos en een PRACHTIG zicht op La Manga strip! Wil je de rust even inruilen voor wat levendigheid dan is dit slechts 15min rijden tot La Manga!

La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.
