You can sleep in comfort, enjoy making breakfast with farm fresh eggs, enjoy the morning air from the deck, sip coffee by the pond, or hike through the wooded trails. Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. A peaceful, quiet cover on the lake with lots of lake toys! Relax by the firepit or on the swing under the deck, or take a dip in the lake. You can also enjoy our kayaks, our paddleboard, or one of our several floats to lounge the day away! We have several life jackets available for various sizes but best to bring your own if you need one for a little one. You have your own space on a shared property. The owners live in the main house and happy to help as little or as much as needed!

This 2 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo is located in a lovely neighborhood north of Charlotte and is just 5 min. from Lake Norman. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens up to a spacious living/dining space perfect for relaxing and enjoying a nice meal. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath w/ walk-in shower & dual vanity. The 2nd bedroom is spacious, and the 2nd bath has a shower/tub combo. One pet up tp 25lbs is allowed with $75 pet fee. Internet and TV are available.

Our studio apartment is perfect for a business trip or getaway. Located on 9 acres in a quiet wooded setting. It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months. The studio is located above a garage with a separate entrance. It offers a king size bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, separate desk/work area and washer/dryer with starter amounts of laundry detergent.
