Scout’s House is a remodeled, single-story 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin nestled on two private acres in the heart of Greer. We created Scout’s House to feel less like a rental and more like a place you’ll want to come back to.

We call this place Sonny's Homestead. This home and the surrounding land have been in the family for decades. The patriarch in the family, Sonny, did not even know his real name until first grade. We believe this is the prettiest spot of ground in St. Johns.
