We are surrounded by miles of off-road paths for quiet walks and easy bike rides, yet near enough to the Chupadera Mountains for the more adventurous hiker. Resting on the banks of the Rio Grande River, the property abounds with its own wildlife---owls, turkeys, hawks, and deer as well as beautiful native plants. With no neighbors nearby, you can enjoy the beautiful night sky. We're not real fancy, but we're clean, comfortable and quiet! Natural beauty and wildlife surround this sweet cabin in the mountains south of Magdalena. Come to relax and unwind in the beautiful pine woods or book a personal art retreat to focus on your work or learn something new. Beautifully refurbished two bedroom, one bath cabin contains two small-scale art making spaces and a writer’s corner. There are rough sawn wood floors throughout with one of a kind red cedar floors in the living room. Full kitchen with apartment size appliances.

Nestled in quiet area with mountain views on 2 sides for a unique and tranquil getaway. This lovely one bedroom downstairs apt is centrally located to wonderful hiking areas in the Cibolo National Forest, Water Canyon, and The Box hiking area and the Sevilleta Wildlife Refuge as well as close to nearby tourist attractions like the VLA (Very Large Array) and Pie Town. Horse boarding also available for additional cost per day per animal for boarding and feeding. Price varies.

Very quite neighborhood close walking distance to NM Tech, Restaurants and Grocery Store are also Close to the Socorro Plaza. ADT Alarm System and Surveillance System. Large back yard a Charcoal Grill available with picnic table. Fenced in back yard. The kitchen has pots pans, dishes, silverware everything is there for your use. Bathroom towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Refrigerated air conditioning. Please inform host if you will have a pet.

Quiet and Beautiful Country Living. Wi-Fi throughout the Cabin. Smells & noises of country life. Doorway into the bedrooms is under 6'. Bedroom ceilings are under 7'. You have to walk through the smaller bedroom to get to the larger one. Accordion door between the 2 bedrooms for privacy. You can hear the coyotes and occasional dogs barking at night. You are welcome to wander the property. We also have ducks and chickens. We always have fresh eggs to share.

Lone Pine Inn

Converted 1942 lumber and hardware store. Close to main street, 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed with twin trundle. Plenty of floor in the living room for multiple cots/air mattresses (1 Queen air mattress provided). Non-smoking. Pets are welcome, fenced area in the back. Large parking area for RVs, trailers, or multiple vehicles. I'm the owner Cindi Smith and I grew up here. Our town has perfect weather and lots to do. Come visit us!

Historic NM Ghost Town House

The Casa Javelina is a hundred year old house moved to Magdalena in the 1920's from a silver mining ghost town 30 miles away. It has been renovated but retains a lot of character. Whole house rental, 2 Br, 1 Bath, 900 sq ft, 6500 ft elevation in town, 11,000 ft mountains a few miles away. Partially Solar Powered! Horse Friendly- adjoining horse pen in back.

Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, living room. **Disclaimer** There have been complaints of a faint smell of cigarettes. There is absolutely NO Smoking in the house. This smell lingers from tenets from previous years.
