The 16% tax for Town of Mammoth is already included in pricing, not added “fee” at time of “reservation request” like other host! You can be on top of “Mammoth Mountain” and ski back to our garage door if there is snow on the road. I am amazed how many people that frequent "Mammoth Lakes" never knew that places like ours existed until they stayed at our place. During the summer we have arguably the best pool in all of "Mammoth" with incredible views of the mountains and a relaxing sun deck!!!

SKI-IN (only during peak season) - 120 Yards to lift - 210 Yards to Ski Lodge - 50 Steps to bar/restaurant HUGE (1,250 sq ft) condo, 2 king beds, bunk beds COMPLEX AMENITIES: Cool pool (seasonal weather permitting), 2 large year-round hot tubs, sauna, pool table. I don’t do this just for the money (though it helps, California taxes are no joke). I truly consider it an honor to host guests during their well-earned time away. Please read my reviews.

Conveniently located between Canyon Lodge (0.4 miles) and The Village (0.5 miles), our condo is the ideal mountain get-away! Very clean and comfortable it's great for two couples or a family group. There is a well equipped kitchen and large adjacent living room, perfect for hanging out after a long day of skiing or hiking. Excellent amenities include covered parking (no more digging the car out of snow), 1Gb wifi, cable TV, and sauna. The shuttle bus stops right outside the front door.
