Sama kuća se nalazi na ogromnom zemljištu i sadrži tri odvojena prostora, stan za bake ispred, jedinicu sa 2,5 spavaće sobe (Vista jedinica) i kuću sa tri spavaće sobe (kuća od bambusa) pozadi. Sve tri prostorije su veoma privatne sa veličanstvenom baštom.
