Absolute Waterfront!

This 1950 fisherman cottage has been nicely renovated to modern standard. A lovely location, right in front of Queen Victoria Boat ramp, Brisbane's famous place for Kayaking, boating, cycling, jogging or just walking. The Tingalpa creek right in front of the house is an approximate 2 hours kayaking inland, and same to return. You can cycle for over half an hour without leaving the waterfront, up to Wynnum. Enjoy a BBQ with the family on the front grass contemplating the beautiful waterfront.

Located close to the charming Bayside Suburbs of Moreton Bay, Seas & Leaves is a spacious contemporary studio for couples to unwind from their busy everyday life wherever that may be. Enjoy the relaxed ambience on the back deck of this studio within a private garden in Manly West. This property is chemical free, and smoke/vape free. As we have a Russian Blue Burmese, we are unable to accommodate other Pets. Wynnum & Manly are a 6 minute drive away.

'Shells on the Bay'........Right on the foreshore!

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

Lovely one bedroom flat in Bayside Manly West

My place is a lovely private flat and is detached from the main house. There is public transport to the city at the end of the street. The airport is approx. 20 mins drive, 30 mins to the city, and the Wynnum/Manly Esplanade is only 7 mins away. My place is private, is in a convenient location and the quiet, leafy neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I do not accept children under 12 because of the pool. Off street parking is available.
