This light and bright Mar Vista home is located in a wonderful neighborhood. With easy access to restaurants and cafes on Washington Blvd & Venice Blvd. Marina Del Rey and Venice/Santa Monica beach is only about a 10/15 minute drive away, with public transportation literally around the corner.
