Hey you! Come and stay at our home!!. The room is fully furnished and gets plenty of natural light! Furniture includes a queen-sized bed with a comfy mattress and pillow (bedding included), a small table, bedside table and an espacious wardrobe. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood just 5min walking from Footscray Station and 7min by train to the CBD. There are also plenty restaurants and pubs, as well as the Footscray Market, Coles and Kmart, all in just walking distance.

A King Sized Bed...divine!

West Footscray is an inner city family friendly environment boasting various parks and a choice of cafes all within walking distance. Victoria University and the Western Hospital are nearby. PLEASE NOTE : 1. It is a shared bathroom. 2. You must be comfortable around dogs. Our 35kg boy spends a lot of time inside. He can get vocal when excited. 3. We cannot accommodate: - Smokers - Children - Guests being in the house all day. This includes working from home full time.

This cool urban Loft studio is fitted with a new kitchen and bathroom, and internal washing machine. This area is full of arts creatives. Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. Footscray is a thriving suburb of multiculturalism. Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.
