Quite neighborhood close to Silver Springs State Park and Santos trails. The house sets only 50 feet from the lake. This is a shared home however you will have your own section, one side of the home. You will have 2 bedrooms, private bath and a large lounge with cable TV and WI-FI. Lounge has a refrigerator, electric skillet, microwave, coffee pot and table and chairs. We have a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath 2600 square foot home, with swimming pool, gas fireplace, large yard and lots of toys and games if you have kids, swingset, mini playhouse, bike, kids toys, board games, corn hole, rafts and kayak for the river!! Pool has lights for the evening. We are a two minute drive from town and 18 minutes from the new Equestrian Center. We look forward to welcoming you!!
