From the moment you walk in, this historic home (built in 1939) envelopes you with its charm. Enjoy Original hardwoods, two bedrooms (one with a king, the other, a queen size bed), three smart TV’s, broadband WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen to make those amazing dinners you can enjoy in the dining room or breakfast nook! Washer and dryer in basement. Fireplace is NOT useable-just for show! Security features include ADT, ring & keypad entry. Close to park, hospital & interstate.

This spacious, newly renovated carriage house comfortably sleeps 4-5. Private entrance leads to a meticulously cleaned, peaceful abode- only 10 minutes to downtown Indy!! A fully stocked kitchen allows for longer stays. We offer no-contact check-in, but we are nearby to help out if needed.
