Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

Experience nature up close, in the approx. 2000 square meter garden, or in the area around the Parsteinsee and at the river Oder or in the ´Unteres Odertal´ National Park. Breakfast with home-baked bread and groceries from the region. Dinner can be booked separately
