The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. The accommodation is 5 kilometers from the sea, with many beautiful beaches. (The last 50 meters to access the property is a concrete road slightly uphill)
