ATV and UTV riding is legal on all non M roads with your ORV sticker to explore the area or visit the local winery.

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Lakefront Strawberry Haus has three bedrooms to sleep 10-12, including 2 on a futon and 2 on a sofa bed, providing the ultimate family getaway. Bring your tubes, kayaks, or canoe & enjoy floating down river from Hersey to the home or head to Big Rapids & drive back. We are located 12 miles north of Ferris State University & about 3 miles to Rails to Trails for biking, snow mobiling, hiking & biking. drop off/pick up service available upon request (must be scheduled in advance)
