Bienvenue chez moi! Mon appartement est calme et très lumineux. Très agréable à vivre, il est tout équipé et confortable. Vous aurez également accès à la cours arborée pour prendre une pause. A 6min à pied du métro 11 (Jourdain ou Place des fêtes) qui dessert en quelques minutes République ou Châtelet. Accès direct en bus de Gare du Nord. Je serais également ravie de vous partager les meilleurs adresses de ce quartier vivant de Paris .

It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
