The 1st floor shared spaces: kitchen, living room & porch makes this the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Ann Arbor. Perfume-free & Smoke-free house & grounds. Our urban farm is a peaceful setting close to everything, but out of the student district. A guest (Cleanliness QC for a Hotel Chain) said it is one of the cleanest places he’d stayed.

Secluded home-away-from-home with a cook's kitchen

Unwind at this renovated mid-century home, Hillside Manner. It is surrounded by woods, so feels private. You can eat in the cathedral dining area, or on the back patio in the warmer seasons. The mattresses & pillows are memory foam, the Amazon Smart TV is connected to Wi-Fi, and the large kitchen offers anything you need. Perfect for families and groups of friends, the 3 bdrms can sleep up to 6 guests. *Host occupies first floor apartment, which is totally separate. No parties of more than 10!

Turn of the century house in the heart of the Kerrytown area. Five minute walk to Zingerman's, 10 minute walk to The Chop House, Jolly Pumpkin and all the top restaurants, bars and venues in Ann Arbor. Clean, quite and private 1,300 SQ FT home with a private driveway and a gorgeous backyard, perfect for spending a relaxing evening after a busy day. Practically every part of downtown and campus is within a walking distance. Ten minute walk to Huron River jogging trails & Argos Livery.

STR21-2237: THE ARTIST'S LOFT - This 1860's house gets rave reviews due to a beautiful interior and location, location, location! It's in the absolute center of downtown, only 5 blocks away from everything in all directions. It is modern, colorful, clean, bright, full of original art and convenient to EVERYTHING. It has a front porch and shared backyard as well as a garaged parking space. The Artist Loft is on the second floor so be aware that there are steep carpeted stairs to climb.

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet make’s. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!
