You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

1/2 block to the beach, on LBI, open and bright space, beautiful ground level porch for AM sun and people watching. Parking for 2 cars. Quiet location on coveted Ocean Blvd in Brant Beach, LBI, but walking distance to bike rentals, seafood, and ice cream.
