We're so happy to offer our home three blocks from the Loons Baseball Stadium and Downtown Midland. Our two bedroom one bath home with large finished basement office is perfectly situated in Midland; our home is 7 mins from the Midland Hospital, 5 mins from Dow Chemical North Entrance, 11 mins from the Midland Soccer Complex. We have everything needed for cooking and hosting families with young children. The street is very walkable; try the farmers market just down the street at Loons Stadium!

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Experience a one-of-kind getaway in a mid-century modern A-Frame cabin in the Great Lakes Bay area. Perfect for couples or small groups. This is one of two Aframes on the property tucked away in a pleasant neighborhood yet still close to everything - minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, waterfront, coffee shops, the beach, and a short drive to Frankenmuth. However, you'll likely want to spend the day lounging in your PJs, sipping coffee, or unwinding in the hot tub (open year-round).

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

Quiet and safe neighborhood close to hospital, shopping and restaruants. All bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds and dressers. Attached one-car garage and pet friendly with fenced in back yard. House is equipped with pots and pans, dishes/silverware Keurig and plenty of towels. Viola's Place is a Vacation Rental in the City of Frankenmuth. Viola was our neighbor of 20 years and she moved out at the end of July of 2017. This home is a perfect place for two couples, a family of 4-6, or business travelers. Within walking distance of the major attractions in town (Main Street about 1/3 of a mile from the home), this is the ideal home for your visit during the various festivals or for couples here during weddings at the major venues here!
