This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal.
