We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

This awesome guest cottage was once a hen house on this historic farm. Newly renovated. Spacious yet cozy. Bright and sunny. Big windows with a lovely view of the pond and farmland that goes on forever. Gas fireplace. Sleeps 4. Double bed in loft and two twin beds on the main floor. Open living space. Large bathroom is separate from the cottage and a short walk as the cottage has no running water. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Coffee maker. Peaceful and private. Big sunny deck.

From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short drive from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months
