Det er akkurat det du kan oppleve i Jølet, hytta som er spesialdesigna for å gje ein optimal følelse av nærleik til naturen. På kanten av eit jøl, skapt av elva sitt tusenårige strev for å nå fjorden, svevar hytta delvis i terrenget. Liggande heilt for seg sjølv utan nære naboar, men med utsikt over kulturlandskap og bygdelag, er dette ein perfekt stad både for avslapping og aktivitet.

I idylliske og vakre Sykkylvsfjorden ligger en nybygd hytte/rorbu, høy standard, like i vannkanten. Stille, fredelig, med fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell, mindre enn 10 m fra vannkanten. 70m2 pluss stort rom på bryggenivå. Unik utforming, store vindusflater, og rom på flere nivåer. Ett soverom med dobbelseng, og stor sovesofa på hems/TV-stuen. Flislagt bad ved soverom. Underetasjen med dobbel port, utsyn over fjorden, og med eget toalett/vaskerom og kjøleskap/frys.

Nyt den fantastiske utsikten fra dette idylliske stabburet lokalisert på Valderøya utenfor Ålesund. Stabburet er over hundre år gammelt, men er renovert. OBS! Stabburet har strøm, men ikke innlagt vann eller toalett. Gjester kan bruke dusj og toalett i hovedhuset som ligger 30 m unna. Badet i hovedhuset benyttes kun av dere gjester og tilgang til resten av hovedhuset er avstengt. Det er 5 liter vann tilgjengelig i kjøleskapet. Velkommen til et autentisk Airbnb opphold ❤️

Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Smartliner 21 med 100 hk. Varmeapparat, fiskeutstyr. sjødyktig fiskebåt. Leie pr dag 1850,-

A fully renovated apartment on the first floor of a single-family home. The area is quiet and nice, with a short walk to a big shopping mall (Moa - 10 min walk) and bus stops (5 min walk, 25 min bus ride to city centre). If you are interested in hiking, there are many nice locations just a short drive away. This area has a nice view of the "Summøre Alps". The walk to the shoreline takes about 10 minutes. Outside the house there is a large driveway with parking.
