Koliba Swan ima ponton od 5,5 metara, 2 kajaka, čamac na vesla i pristanište (od maja do oktobra, ako vremenske prilike dozvoljavaju). Ima prednja terasa, bočna terasa, mjesto za logorsku vatru i plinski roštilj. Seoska kućica je prikladna za pse, ali dvorište nije ograđeno. Ali isporučujemo spiralni klin za tlo sa kablom. Jednokratna naknada za kućne ljubimce je uključena u ukupnu cijenu prilikom rezervacije.
