Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Casa di charme, luminosa, ideale per single e coppie, presenta due camere matrimoniali con bagni privati finemente arredate e dotate di tutti i comfort, un ampio salone living con cucina attrezzata che affaccia direttamente sulla Corricella regalando sempre un panorama mozzafiato.

Casa Procidana come una volta, al centro del porto di marina grande,dove affaccia ad una meravigliosa vista che va da capo miseno a punta faro. L'appartamento conserva tutte le caratteristiche delle abitazioni Procidane di un tempo, in modo da potervi far immedesimare in un luogo storico dell isola. Dal balcone è possibile apprezzare lo spettacolo di luci che illumina la baia Procidana. Caratteristiche invece le paranze che giorno dopo giorno preparano le reti per uscire in mare.
