This property is located just over an hour from Charlotte, less than 2 hours from the Raleigh area and under an hour from both Greensboro and Winston Salem. The house is tucked in a quiet cove on beautiful Badin Lake. The Lake offers excellent fishing, waters sports, lakefront dining, live music on weekends and is surrounded by the beautiful Uwharrie National Forest. There is plenty of space to relax with multiple outdoor sitting areas, a spacious living/entertainment area and large bedrooms.

This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake.
