Saratoga County Farmhouse

Nestled on 475 acres of farmland 20 minutes north of Saratoga Springs in a peaceful atmosphere with wild turkeys, deer and red tail hawks. This farmhouse hosted 12 kids growing up and working the dairy farm on the property. The farm is now a heifer raising farm for a local farmer and has 200 heifers on site. Tractors and trucks do still run on a daily basis. Smells and sounds familiar with a farm are present. The house is a ranch with a finished basement perfect for hosting large groups.

We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

Feel free to use the Gas Grill and picnic table for an outdoor meal. There are many great activities in the area to enjoy. 13 mins to track, 20 mins to SPAC, 15 mins to downtown Saratoga or Lake George Village. There's a beautiful patio with fireplace, chairs and wood for you to enjoy a nice relaxing fire.
