Our Deluxe Single Queen features a Swedish Tempur-Pedic Queen size memory foam bed. Although this guestroom is one of our smaller rooms, it is filled with all the amenities of our other guestrooms. This room is also designed for a single corporate and leisure traveler. All reservations require a $100 security deposit on a standard debit or credit card with a chip at the time of checking in, refundable at checkout. Price includes taxes. 70s-Vibe 2-Beds with Breakroom near Lake Perris

This retro unit is authentic to the 70s with homage to the Riverside Raceway and features 2 double beds, each having 14" thick gel-foam mattresses, and a break room (kitchen minus a stove). Amenities include a 40" TV, DVD player, Roku, shared 100-Mbs WIFI, jukebox radio with bluetooth, coffee maker, and carport. The bathroom has wooden tiles and a shower-filter, yielding a spa-like feel. Ideal for peak season during DesertDaze/GlenHelen/NOS festivals or motorbike Raceways. Dishware not included.

Lagonita Lodge - New Year's on the Lake "Bearhill"

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located resort on Big Bear Lake. The resort is called Lagonita Lodge, and this unit is a "Bearhill" unit type. Enjoy sledding in the winter snow or go snow skiing at Snow Summit or Snow Valley. 1-2 minutes from The Village. Snow Summit is about 8 minutes away. This unit has central heating with a thermostat, and you can run the in-unit fireplace as long as you want. I have reserved the 3rd floor of Building 2 for you.

Root-Stone Lodge: Sirius

Sirius suite, named after the brightest star, is one of our four rooms available. This private room features a king-sized pillow top mattress, 100% cotton, high thread count linens, flat screen TV with streaming channels, mini fridge, Kuerig, stone tiled bathroom with walk in shower, fresh towels, and table and chairs on the large, private balcony surrounded by trees. Access to lobby with fireplace, kitchen, bbq, deck and hot tub are potentially community areas, tho often not fully booked.
