Thunder Ridge at the Forest Retreat is an adults-only pet-friendly getaway. Children may come only during specific holidays. Your house will be unlocked. Check-in is a 3 p.m. Here you are surrounded by the Homochitto National Forest. Take a picnic to the sand-bars along the pristine spring-fed creek. Hike or mountain bike on the remote forest roads. Guests have easy access to the BCNWR for deer, hog, etc. hunting, as well as canoes and kayaks. We have blueberries, whitetail deer and chickens supplying fresh eggs, when laying.
