Close to beaches and wild coastal nature areas.

Designer Beach Studio - 3 minute walk to beach!

Located in Mount Martha and only a 3 minute walk to the beach, this couples retreat is the perfect reason to get away for the weekend and explore the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is just a short 2-3 minute drive to Mount Martha shops with cafe's, deli, restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, news agency and more. We are a short 15-20 minute drive to local vineyards and renowned restaurants and wineries such as Polperro, Montalto and Jackalope. Plenty to explore and lots of great walks too!

Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & pool

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. If you are after a 5-star hotel stay - we don't recommend our property - Come for the experience of Casa Frida!

If you love walking, there are many local walks that will take you to spectacular views of Mt Martha and Mornington beaches or you may like to drive a short distance to more challenging walks. My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
