You will rest easy in its queen luxury pillow top mattress with portable air-conditioning/heating and private bathroom accommodation. Cozy spacious one bedroom suite with queen bed, private bathroom, separate entrance, a lot of space for private living room, it has microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and full size fridge (no Kitchen, no stove). TV with Netflix, youtube , WIFI. Driveway parking available. Pets are limited. Easy access highway, 5 mins straight drive to new hospital and Grenfell Campus, 10 mins to amenities. 1.5 hrs drive to Gros Morne National Park, 40 mins drive to deer lake airport, 2.50 hrs to Ferry.

This unit is a private apartment in the lower level of my home. There is some noise transfer between the dwellings. There are a number of stairs to the unit. The unit has a washer and dryer. Parking in driveway is available. There is an EV charger for conditional use. Weekly and monthly discounts available.

A Stay Across The Bay

A Stay Across The Bay is a 100-year old church that has been converted into your home away from home. This cozy and inviting space has two bedrooms and loft area all with a queen size bed for your comfort. The space has a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor bbq. The kitchen has an island that seats four as well as a small dining table. The back patio also has an outside dining table for four. The hot tub is also included in all bookings.

We are located just a short 5 minute drive to the new hospital and the TCH.
