The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. Red Roof Bungalow

This Red Roof Bungalow has recently been renovated throughout, it sits on a quiet road just outside the village. It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. It’s a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities. I’ve had to re-list the property on here due to some admin errors… for the brief time it was on here it received 5 ⭐ reviews
