Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης. The house is 90 sqm for 4 guests and renovated in 2006 – 2008 with respect to all architectural elements. Consists of two bedrooms ( with traditional built double beds),bath with shower,living room with traditional built in corner sofa,fireplace,Kitchen and Big veranda 70 sqm. with panoramic view cyclades islands.

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Το κτίσμα ανακαινίσθηκε πρόσφατα διατηρώντας στοιχεία της παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής των Κυκλάδων και υιοθετώντας νέα, προσαρμοσμένα στις σύγχρονες ανάγκες κατοίκησης. Με πολλή αγάπη δώσαμε ξανά ζωή στο σπίτι της γιαγιάς Μαργαρώς και του παππού Ραφιουλή και θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε.
