A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

It's located halfway between Leon and Managua,so our guests often come here to enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures in Leon before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down with a good book in the hammock. Our excellent WIFI is great for the remote worker. We have a larger casita that can also be booked.

Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
