We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Welcome to Norris Cottage Unit B.... Unit B is the rear portion of a duplex unit. The property is located on a charming street in the heart of downtown St. Mary's. St. Mary's, Georgia is a picturesque coastal village at the southern most point of the state. The cottage is walking and biking distance to shops, dining and access to the Cumberland Island ferry. The home has two lovely bedrooms, a cozy living area, kitchen and bathroom. Norris Cottage is small, but welcoming and efficient.

This historic country general store, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is within easy walking distance to art galleries and cultural events, restaurants, bars, night life, and family-friendly activities. This residence is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets, max. of 2). We are unable to allow guests to host gatherings and house parties. Cozy home located in a quite and safe neighborhood. 3 1/2 miles from the beach, 1 mile to the Mayo clinic, 5 miles to the Town Center, 1 1/2 miles to a marina and 1 mile to a state preserve with access to the intracoastal water ways. Walking distance to a park with tennis courts and playground for children. Adventure Landing waterpark is 2.5 miles away. 1 mile walking distance to stores and restaurants. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the screened in lanai listening to the Koi pond waterfall!

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
