Private property 70 square meters on to the beach. There is a 3km sidewalk ideal for short and long walks or bike. The city center, Nea Makri, is located about 2,5km. There you can find shops, bars, Super Markets , banks , post office, cinema, restaurants and cafes. The house is located very close to the Marathon archeology monument, 1km from the heath center and 40 km from Acropolis-Athens. The property is located 20 min from the port of Rafina and 35 minutes from the airport.
