Two car parking in private driveway, Washer/dryer, bedding, towels provided. Pets welcome and front yard is fully fenced. The cabin has not been updated. If you are looking for stainless steel appliances you will not find them here, but you will find a place we love + EV Level 2 charger. License MCA # 1351

Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails. Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

Welcome to our clean, cozy Sea Forest Retreat, constructed in 2018. It is a studio space ideal and most comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings make this small but modern house feel big. Enjoy the tranquility with nice outdoor seating areas nestled among greenery in a residential neighborhood. Manzanita and the beach are 1.5 miles and Nehalem 2 miles away. Dogs (2 dogs maximum) are welcome for a $45 fee. We have a small desk for remote work.

The Edgewater Cottage #6

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

300 feet above the ocean on sacred Neahkahnie Mountain, 30 feet above the ground. Built by hand with love in 1985. Look out thru giant Sitka spruce and Douglas fir, south & west to the ocean. Look up from the sleeping loft through a huge skylight to the night stars and moon. Leave urban culture behind. Retreat into a world where the rest of nature speaks loudly. An open A frame two blocks from the beach and within walking distance to Nehalem Bay State Park and the golf course. Manzanita's main street with shops and restaurants is a short 20 minute walk or few minutes drive. A wood burning stove is provided to keep you warm and cozy! *This house is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a large loft. The loft space is where the additional two queen beds are located.
